December was extremely busy for us. We traveled to Kingsville to
play for the formal Bluebonnet Ball at the Henrietta King Museum. Below
are some photos from that dance:
We were excited to be the opening act for Tejano star David Lee Garza at the
Christmas Party for the San Antonio Police Officers Association. The event
was held at the Alzafar Shrine Temple and everyone had a wonderful time!
Thanks to police officers Ernest Elizondo and Erik Doyle for having us perform.
December also marked the first time any of us had played at Gruene
Hall. We were thrilled to perform on such a historic stage. Thanks
to Fugro, Inc. for inviting us to play at their annual party.
We also played for TETCO's Christmas party held at the Turner estate.
Thank you to Shirley Ahr for asking us back for a second year.
On Christmas Day, we returned to D'Hanis for the annual Christmas
dance. It was a great night! We'll see you again next year!
Yorktown's Western Days in October was a huge success. We had a great time
performing for the Saturday night street dance. Our thanks go out to Peggy
Savage for all her help and support! We really appreciate it! We
also extend our thanks to our sponsor at Western Days, Pete & Patricia
Dlugosch at D & B Rentals. We'll see you again for the Saturday night
dance next October!
